Once a year, LiveWell walks through the home with you to identify visible maintenance items and areas that may need attention.
We'll help identify things that may need to be repaired, maintained, replaced, or monitored and can coordinate the appropriate service provider when requested.

Changing light bulbs, replacing batteries, tightening cabinet hardware, hanging pictures, and similar basic tasks.
Small non-skilled household adjustments and basic assembly that do not require specialized equipment or expertise.
If a job requires a licensed trade, specialized expertise, or major repair, LiveWell can help coordinate the appropriate professional.
Your included handyman time covers eligible labour. Bulbs, hardware, supplies, materials, and third-party services are paid for separately.
Not every home need fits neatly into a monthly membership. LiveWell also provides on-demand coordination and project management for one-time needs, larger repairs, and household projects.

Third-party contractors and service providers are independent providers and are responsible for their own work, licensing, insurance, materials, workmanship, and professional obligations.
